Information we process
When you submit an inquiry, we process the information you provide, including your name, company, business email address, country, product or application interest and message. Technical request data such as IP address, browser information and submission time may also be processed for delivery and security purposes.
Purpose and legal basis
We use inquiry information to respond to requests, evaluate potential business cooperation, coordinate technical or commercial follow-up and protect the website from abuse. Processing is based on steps requested before entering into a contract and on ICBT’s legitimate interest in managing business communications and website security.
Form delivery and recipients
The inquiry form uses FormSubmit to transmit the submitted information to ICBT’s company email address. Information may also be processed by our website-hosting and email-service providers where necessary to operate the website and deliver communications. These providers act under their own applicable terms and privacy safeguards.
Retention
Inquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage the relevant business relationship, meet legal obligations or establish and defend legal claims. Routine inquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are generally deleted within 24 months.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or request data portability. ICBT does not currently use advertising or behavioural-analytics cookies on this website. The hosting infrastructure may process strictly necessary technical information to provide and secure the website. If analytics or other non-essential cookies are introduced later, this notice and the consent mechanism will be updated before use.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect inquiry data. No internet transmission is completely risk-free. This policy may be updated when website functions, service providers or legal requirements change.
